Cable TV Interferences
I am receiving television interference from a neighbor's citizen's band (C.B.) or ham radio transmissions. How can I resolve this problem?
Since this particular problem is related to transmissions through the air, the Federal Communications Commission has jurisdiction. Neither your cable television operator nor the City of San Bernardino will be able to help you in resolving this type of problem. The phone number of your local FCC office can be obtained from the front of your phone book.

The first step you should take is to contact your cable television operator. Their phone number can be found on your cable bill or your telephone book. By talking to your cable company you can usually have your problem resolved in the shortest amount of time.

You should either write a letter (more effective), or call your local cable television operator. They are interested in finding out which channels their viewers are most interested in.
