Who is IEMG?
IEMG is formerly KCSB Channel 3 San Bernardino. IEMG manages three channels; government access, public access and educational.
Why did the name change?
The former call letters, KCSB, belong to another station in the State. It was decided to change the call letters and create a new identity for the station.
What does IEMG mean?
IEMG is the acronym for Inland Empire Media Group. Since the station has three channels the feeling was a broader identity was necessary.
Is IEMG still part of the City?
In February 2009 the City of San Bernardino transferred IEMG staff and assets to the City's Economic Development Agency (www.sbrda.org). The Agency is a separate legal entity apart from the City-although a significant partner. The Agency's Commission, which is the City Council, believes that the television station should be an integral part of promoting the City and bringing development to the City. The Agency is poised to use IEMG's assets for that specific purpose.
So who do I call now if I have a complaint about my cable service?

Are there going to be any changes in programming on the local channels?
IEMG staff will continue to produce shows that highlight and promote the City of San Bernardino and events that showcase the community.
Will I be charged for these changes on my cable bill?
